MONTAGUT is a French clothing company established in 1880. Six generations later, it is still owned by the descendants of the original founders. With our proud 140 years of heritage, the brand is a symbol of French elegance, excellent craftsmanship and superior quality.
We have built our expertise and outstanding footprint over more than a century, from our roots in the village of Saint-Sauveur-de-Montagut in the south of France, to China where the company has been present since 1979 with now up to 2,000 points of sale.
Fil Lumière polo-shirt, made of a fabric developed exclusively by MONTAGUT, has gained remarkable recognition and has been our signature product globally ever since its invention. MONTAGUT encompasses several product lines and offers a comprehensive smart to casual chic wardrobe of apparel and accessories including menswear, ladies’ wear, children’s wear, home wear, leather wear, eyewear, shoes, cashmere and stationary.
MONTAGUT has grown to become one of the most famous French menswear brands in China, promoting an aspirational and tasteful metropolitan lifestyle for Chinese men.
Drawing on our 40-year experience, we will continue our vast efforts to bring only the best French quality and customer experience to the people of China. The brand new MONTAGUT store design launched in 2019 is our latest effort to present a high-end and fashionable brand image in our physical retail shops, across China.
